Precise glue control: Adjust the glue amount according to the gap size, and use a 0.2-0.33mm fine needle for small area bonding (such as screen borders); Switch to a 0.4-0.6mm thick diameter needle for large-area filling, and calibrate the linkage parameters between air pressure and movement speed after replacement.

Equipment maintenance: Regularly check the integrity of the sealing ring of the dispensing valve, replace it immediately if it ages or deforms, and avoid passive overflow caused by leakage. Calibrate the dispensing valve daily.

Adhesive selection and adaptation: Low viscosity UV adhesive is selected for precision operations, and high viscosity modified silicone is used for heavy-duty bonding.

Excess glue treatment: soften and scrape off with hot air before curing or peel off after freezing, fast and efficient.

Curing glue: Dissolve in alcohol/menthol (let it stand for 1-3 minutes and gently wipe)

Apply an eraser to the OLED screen and white vinegar to the leather for 5 minutes.

Attention:

Disable metal tools/strong solvents, let them stand for 24 hours after repair, and then turn on the power.

Adhesive leakage or abnormal display require professional repair.
